In her role as the Director of the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP), she is responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s participation in this unique home care delivery service, including all compliance initiatives, audits, and the staffing resources for the Medicaid consumer. Also known as Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services (CDPAS), this home care program enables consumers to independently manage the employment and define the duties of their personal assistant. For CDPAP to be truly successful Christine navigates between the various legal, contractual and program requirements while empowering consumers with their personal assistants.
